J.C. Denton founded Healthspan Fitness and Nutrition in Missoula after retiring from the Missoula Police Department, where a life-changing injury shifted his focus to health and recovery. Seeing the need for a space that blends personal training, medical fitness, and nutrition, he built Healthspan to help others maximize their lives.
J.C. is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a medical background and certifications from NASM, Precision One, and ISSA. He’s passionate about helping clients achieve real results and improve their overall healthspan through personalized fitness and nutrition strategies.
